Arrive at your scheduled appointment and our team will walk out to your vehicle and discuss the issues right there with you. At VIP you always have the final decision over everything that happens with your vehicle, and we’ll always get your full approval before we start the work.
We’ll provide an estimated completion time and get to work. You can choose to stay and wait in our comfortable waiting rooms or leave the vehicle with us for later pick up. Our locations employ ASE Certified Automotive Professionals. Our team will review the manufacturer’s recommendations for your vehicle, check for any declined services that may have come up in previous visits and perform a full multi-point inspection.
Your technician will bring you out to see your vehicle or keep you in the loop with a virtual inspection report directly from the vehicle bay to show you everything that needs work.
