Chris started with VIP 8 years ago as a service writer, though he’s been learning about and working on cars for as long as he can remember. An automotive industry veteran with around 30 years of experience, Chris has his G1, P2, C1, A4, and A5 ASE certifications. Outside of work, Chris is a big movie buff, with his favorites being the classics from the 1980s up to the early 2000s. In his free time, he enjoys his Ford Rangers and building LEGO with his kid. Chat with our ASE-Certified Live Chat Specialists online or speak with a representative over the phone – we’re open 7 days a week, even on Sundays. On the road and notice a problem with your vehicle? Many of our locations are AAA-approved and we welcome walk-ins as well!
Once you select your services and verify your vehicle’s information we’ll get you scheduled. If you’re not sure about which services you need, one of our Certified Automotive Professionals will review your vehicle onsite.

Arrive at your scheduled appointment and our team will walk out to your vehicle and discuss the issues right there with you. At VIP you always have the final decision over everything that happens with your vehicle, and we’ll always get your full approval before we start the work.
We’ll provide an estimated completion time and get to work. You can choose to stay and wait in our comfortable waiting rooms or leave the vehicle with us for later pick up. Our locations employ ASE Certified Automotive Professionals. Our team will review the manufacturer’s recommendations for your vehicle, check for any declined services that may have come up in previous visits and perform a full multi-point inspection.
Your technician will bring you out to see your vehicle or keep you in the loop with a virtual inspection report directly from the vehicle bay to show you everything that needs work. They’ll provide you with a complete quote for you to approve. Remember that with VIP you get free added services including:

Our ASE-certified Technicians can perform advanced multi-point vehicle inspections to help identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, and potential issues before they become more costly repairs. How are alignment checks performed at VIP?
Alignment checks may be performed using a Hunter Alignment Rack, where your vehicle is brought onto the rack and measured directly by our Technicians. This helps identify potential alignment issues that could affect tire wear, handling, and overall vehicle performance.

Can I drop my car off when you’re closed?
Yes, you can safely drop your vehicle off after hours by filling out and placing your keys in an envelope found in a white box next to the first bay door, then place the envelope in the mail slot found in the first bay door.
